Miroslav Jandečka

Miroslav has extensive experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, including both buy-side and sell-side engagements, as well as financial audit and advisory services.

Currently, he leads a uniquely Czech advisory group that brings together entrepreneurial families, business owners and partners while leveraging the global reach of the BDO network.

He also specializes in succession planning for family businesses, advising owners on governance, ownership structures and successful generational transitions.

As Managing Partner of BDO Czech Republic, he is also responsible for the integration agenda across Europe and the implementation of a new Corporate Governance model within BDO.

He is Certified Auditor (KA ČR), Certified Tax Adviser (KDP ČR). He speaks Czech, German and English.
