Antoine Boggini, MBA, CFA, CAIA
Antoine is a founding partner of BHB & Partners. He has more than 20 years of corporate finance and valuation experience. His clients primarily include leading alternative asset managers (notably private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds and hedge funds) as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.
Antoine’s expertise lies in assisting Alternative Investment Fund Management companies by providing valuation services for illiquid investments such as private equity, debt and derivatives under the guidelines of IFRS 13, ASC 820 or the equivalent local GAAP standard and enhancing their valuation policy and procedures. He also provides corporate finance services for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, transaction, restructuring and financing.
Prior to founding BHB & Partners, Antoine served within PwC’s audit and corporate finance practices for 10 years in Luxembourg, London and Amsterdam. He was the director leading the valuation practice at PwC in Luxembourg where he advised the management of companies, asset managers, board members and investors across a variety of sectors.
For more than 12 years, he was a regular lecturer at PwC’s Academy for technical trainings related to valuation topics. He was also a regular instructor at a CFA Institute Approved Prep Provider and gives full-day courses covering the CFA program. Antoine has been a lecturer for several years on finance-related topics at universities such as HEC Liège (Belgium) and at business schools including NEOMA (France) and ARTEM (France). He has published various articles on valuation in times of crisis, value of the finance function and derivative financial instruments.
Antoine is a CFA charterholder, a member of the CFA Institute as well as a CAIA charter holder. He received his MBA in Finance from the University of Ottawa (Canada) and his Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from NEOMA Business School (France). He is also a board representative of the Luxembourg Valuation Professionals Association (LVPA).

Herr Creutzmann ist ein auf Unternehmensbewertungen spezialisierter Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater. Er verfügt über mehrjährige und branchenübergreifende Erfahrungen sowohl bei der Bewertung von mittelständischen Unternehmen als auch bei der Bewertung von internationalen Konzernen. Er ist DVFA-Mitglied der Expertengruppe Valuation und ist Mitglied im Fachbeirat der Zeitschriften BewertungsPraktiker und European Business Valuation Magazine (EBVM).
Er ist Autor der Bücher "Wertvolle Soft Skills für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater: Grundsätze, Aufgaben und Werkzeuge erfolgreicher Professionals" (IDW Verlag, 2019) und "Soft Skills for the Professional Services Industry: Principles, Tasks, and Tools for Success" (Wiley, 2022).

Wolfgang Kniest ist als Certified Valuation Analyst und war viele Jahren als selbständiger Corporate Valuation Berater auf dem Gebiet der Unternehmensanalyse und -bewertung tätig. Als Referent hält er seit vielen Jahren Vorträge zur Unternehmensanalyse und -bewertung und ist Lehrbeauftragter für Unternehmensbewertung an der FH Erfurt sowie Dozent an der Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Herr Kniest verfügt über branchenübergreifende Erfahrungen bei der Analyse und Bewertung von börsennotierten wie nicht börsennotierten, nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen. Als Bankkaufmann trat er nach seinem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studium an der Universität Bayreuth bei der KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main im Fachbereich Financial Services ein. Daran anschließend war Wolfgang Kniest als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter bei Prof. Henselmann am Lehrstuhl Betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerlehre und Wirtschaftsprüfung der TU Chemnitz tätig. Sein Lehr- und Forschungsschwerpunkt lag in den Bereichen der Unternehmensbewertung, Mergers & Aquisitions und Internationale Rechnungslegung. Als Mitarbeiter der GC Corporate Finance AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main und der Sozietät Goutier & Partner GbR Frankfurt, Berlin, Köln, Hamburg, München, Brüssel, New York war Wolfgang Kniest schwerpunktmäßig auf dem Gebiet der Unternehmensanalyse und -bewertung tätig.

Rafaël Le Saux, CFA, CAIA, CFM, CVA, ABV

- He has 16 years of relevant valuation and modelling experience.
- Prior to joining PwC, Rafaël was Conducting Officer Valuation for Partners Group’s AIFM, one of the largest in-house AIFMs in Luxembourg as well as standing member of all four asset-class specific Global Valuation Committees (i.e. PE, PD, Real Estate and Infrastructure) overseeing USD 120b of AUM. He also worked for over nine years within the Valuation and Modelling department of another large professional services firm, across France, Australia and Chile. Additionally, Rafaël worked as an Associate Director at a niche infrastructure fund, specializing in Public Private Partnerships in developed economies.
- Furthermore, Rafaël is co-founder and vice-chairman of Luxembourg Valuation Professionals Association (LVPA) and co-leads LVPA Technical Working Group.
- Rafaël joined the IVSC Financial Instruments Technical Board in May 2026. He is also an Advisory Board Member at EDHEC Infrastructure & Private Assets Research Institute and a Member of the Financial Modeling Global Leaders Council.

VALUESQUE advises investors and companies on complex valuation and financial analysis matters. Matthias' work focuses on non-standard, out-of-the-textbook cases, mainly litigation contexts or challenging investment situations.
He is CFA-Charterholder, holds a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Erlangen–Nuremberg (Germany) and has over ten years of experience as an equity portfolio and investment manager at Allianz Global Investors, the investment arm of Allianz insurance.
Antonella Puca, CPA/ABV, CFA
Managing Partner of BlueVal in New York. Antonella specializes in the business valuation portfolio valuation and the valuation of digital assets for private equity and venture capital funds for financial and tax reporting, M&A transactions, buy-sell agreements, gift/estate planning, and litigation purposes. Prior to joining BlueVal, Antonella held positions at various valuation advisory firms, KPMG & EY in San Francisco and in New York. Antonella is the author of Early Stage Valuation (Wiley: 2020) and a frequent speaker on the valuation of VC- and PE-backed companies. She is qualified as an expert witness in the State of California.
Antonella is a member of the CFA Institute and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She holds the CFA charter and is licensed as a CPA in California and in New York. She served as a member of Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA)’s research committee, a director and treasurer of the Board of the CFA Society of New York, as a judge on the CFA Institute Research challenge, and as a director and consultant on industry standards, practice analysis and curriculum review at CFA Institute.
Antonella is currently serving on the Forensics and Valuation Services Executive Committee of the AICPA and as a consultant on the CFA exam development team. She received the 2021 Business Valuation Volunteer of the Year Award of the AICPA and is listed in Forbes 2025 America’s Top CPAs for Valuation and Forbes 2026 America’s Best-in-State CPAs for New York State. Harri’s professional activities and experience include performing, reviewing, and advising in business valuations and financial analyses for various purposes of diverse types of businesses including investments, transactions, violation of antitrust laws, shareholder & other legal disputes, municipal outsourcing analysis, estate & inheritance taxation, and business planning & financial modeling for new business ventures. He has functioned as an ad hoc member of Arbitrage Court nominated by the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in minority squeeze-out case involving an international acquiror of a domestic public company. He has also functioned as CFO and Head of Research in a private international investment banking and investment company Kouri Capital (offices in Finland, U.S.A., and Greece) performing IPOs, M&As, LBOs, private equity transactions and working together with the Wall Street and European investment and commercial bankers. In private equity field he has collaborated with the representatives of Morgan Stanley Europe Equity Fund in Finland, among others. Currently he works together with the Finnish CPA Association, along with experts from the Big 4s, and the Finnish Association for Real Estate Valuation in expanding knowledge and understanding of the International Valuation Standards (IVS).
Harri has acted in various academic positions including professor, lecturer, academic advisor, and researcher at Aalto University, The University of Texas at Austin, The University of South Africa, and Estonian Business School (EBS). His academic and professional education as well as academic and applied research focuses on the uses of financial statement information in decision-making including strategic performance analysis & measurement, credit analysis, and business valuation. He has designed and implemented several academic and professional programs for domestic and international undergraduate, graduate, MBA, eMBA, Executive Education, and professional training programs. He has also collaborated with companies such as Accenture, Ernst & Young, Fidelity, McKinsey, Moody’s’ Investors Services, PwC, Nokia, Nordea, and Skanska, among others, in building academic and professional training sessions, and designed finance program compatible with the requirements of ACCA and CFA. He has acted along with other academic service as a country liaison for The International Section of American Accounting Association as well as presented his research in several annual conferences of the American, European and African Accounting Associations. In addition to his academic research Harri has written a leading Finnish business valuation book for professionals, translated sections of the IVS for its Finnish edition, and published professional law journal articles on business valuation in judicial context. He also writes blogs on business valuation and financial analysis for the Finnish CPA Association. He has functioned as an Advisory and Review Board Member for Journal of International Accounting Research and an ad hoc reviewer for European Accounting Review. Currently he serves as a member of the Editorial Board for the European Business Valuation Magazine (an IVSC & EACVA joint publication).
