The number of participants at the conference and the networking dinner is limited.
Please register early, as the first-come-first-served principle applies.
*Multi-registration discount for registrations of employees of the same company: 5% for 5 to 9 registrations / 10% for 10 or more registrations. Discounts apply to the applicable fee (Early Bird / Regular / Member / Guest) and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Payment method: You will receive an invoice by e-mail before the conference. Please transfer the invoice amount in EUR to the bank account mentioned in our invoice. Payment can also be made e.g. by PayPal or credit card via Wise.
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail once your registration has been submitted. The certificate of attendance will be issued after the conference.
Cancellations of your registration must be submitted in text form (e.g. by email to info@eacva.de). Cancellations received by 4 October 2026 are free of charge. For cancellations between 5 October 2026 and 28 October 2026, a processing fee of €250 per person (plus VAT) will be charged. For cancellations on or after 29 October 2026, as well as in the case of no-show, the full participation fee will become payable. EACVA offers the opportunity to send in a substitute participant free of charge (please note that the member rate can only be granted if the substitute is themselves an individual member of EACVA).
EACVA reserves the right to change speakers at any time, if a speaker is unable to participate because of force majeure, in the case of illness, accident or because of other unforeseen obstacles or other circumstances beyond our control. EACVA reserves the right to reschedule the program of the conference excluding any compensations for damages. In general, EACVA reserves the right to change the program if the overall character of the program is appropriately maintained. Event elements can be canceled or rescheduled by EACVA. If the event must be cancelled, participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. Any further claims are excluded. We exclude all liability for damages or loss of any belongings of the attendee unless this damage is due to gross negligence on our part. Any liability for personal injuries is also excluded.

By registering, you agree that the conference photos and video sequences of the conference on which you may be displayed will be released for reporting on the conference on www.eacva.de websites or the conference video on www.youtube.com.
